About approval of changes in form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of consumer protection

According to the laws of Ukraine "About consumer protection", "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", "About restriction of turnover of plastic packets in the territory of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Approve Changes in form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of the consumer protection approved by the order of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine of January 29, 2020 No. 94, No. 185/34468, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 18, 2020 which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
