About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2022 No. 24

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2022 No. 24 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

in preamble of the word "7.4 Items 7" and "on December 29, 2006 No. 756" to replace respectively with the words "9.4 Items 9" and "on November 14, 2022 No. 405";

in the paragraph the second Item 1 to replace the word "productions" with the word of "accomplishment";

in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.15.6 "Receipt of permission to the right of production construction and earthwork in conservation zones of bulk distribution lines", approved by this resolution:

in the name to replace the word "productions" with the word of "accomplishment";

in Item 1:

in subitem 1.1 of the word "the owner of the bulk distribution line (on territorial accessory of the operated bulk distribution line)" to replace with the word "operator";
