About approval of Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of refining of procedure for transportation of currency values with use of new container for transportation of national currency of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. To department of currency circulation (Oksana Galits) after official publication of this resolution to inform banks and the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection, information on its acceptance.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except Items 1-3, the subitem 1 of item 4 of Changes which become effective since February 1, 2023.
