2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To committees on consumer protection, technical regulation and metrology, trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) the state re-registration of the legal entities specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 2022 to No. 979 "About some questions of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in authorized body.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
