1. The legal entity directs to National Bank of Tajikistan the application on receipt of the license according to Appendix of 1 this Procedure.
2. The legal entity, being credit institution, for receipt of the license encloses to the application originals of the documents provided by part 9 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About payment services and payment system" and the document on payment of collection for consideration of the application on receipt of the license.
3. The legal entity, not being credit institution, for receipt of the license encloses to the application originals of the documents provided by part 10 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About payment services and payment system", the statement from the register of registration of legal entities and the document on payment of collection for consideration of the application on receipt of the license. The documents and data specified in the first and eighth paragraph of part 10 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About payment services and payment system" can be provided in the form of the copies certified according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
