About procedure for transfer of part of payments for forest utilization

Based on part two of Item 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 "About the republican budget for 2023" the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 231-Z

1. Determine that in 2023:

1.1. the payments for forest utilization in the amount of 50 percent (the payment for forest utilization determined proceeding from the taksovy cost established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the rent for use of the site of forest fund) estimated on payment due dates in 2023 in the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry (further - forestries), are transferred by forest users into the accounts of head departments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus on areas and Minsk open for transfer of payments, control of which payment is exercised by tax authorities in the place of registration of forestries (payment code 4007);

1.2. in case of realization of wood on root at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company the payment for forest utilization determined proceeding from taksovy cost, in the amount of 50 percent is listed.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.
