Approve the Instruction about procedure for realization of the formed remaining balance of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol and tobacco products in case of the termination of the license for production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol and tobacco products it (is applied).
