For the purpose of ensuring social protection, work incentives of employees of scientific institutions I decide:
1. Raise since January 1, 2007 for 30 percent the salary to employees of scientific institutions which compensation is determined by the Single scale of charges.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the acting as the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
