About measures for further strengthening of system of counteraction to the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the tasks determined within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of health sector who is carried out on March 18, 2022 on the subject "Reforms in Medicine — for Human Dignity" and also further improvement of quality of prevention, diagnostics and treatment of HIV infection, expansion of scope of the population with inspections on HIV infection, rendering high-quality medical and the psikhologo-public assistance to patients, their complete providing with necessary medicines and strengthening of social protection:

1. Approve the Program of complex measures for increase in efficiency of counteraction to spread of HIV infection among the population for 2023 - 2027 (further - the Program) according to appendix.

Take into consideration that the General Assembly of the United Nations pushes strategy "95-95-95" for eradication of epidemic of HIV infection by 2030 within which 95 percent of persons infected with human immunodeficiency virus shall be informed on the status and are covered by special medical rates, in blood of 95 sickness rates the level of virus loading shall be reduced till not determined.
