About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with adoption of law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About security activities"

In recent years in our country system measures for establishing of legal forms of implementation of security activities of effective public administration by the state in the field of protection are taken.

At the same time harmonization of some concepts used in acts of the legislation taking into account the last changes in the field is required.

For ensuring compliance of concepts of acts of the legislation and according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About security activities":

1. Make the following changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

harmonization with the Law of the concepts connected with security activities, used in decisions;

refusal in acceptance on service in National guard of persons having the outstanding or not removed criminal record for making of intentional crimes.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov and the commander of National guard R. M. Dzhurayev.
