About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

As a result of the actions for attraction of private investments and reducing the state participation in economy performed in the country for the last three years about 2 thousand state assets are realized, and the number of the companies with the state participation was reduced by 45 percent.

For the purpose of acceleration of privatization, enhancement of procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property and further increase in share of private property in economy:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

the direction of the funds received from privatization of separate objects of state-owned property, for development makhally and the water supply systems which are in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the sewerage;

establishment of three-year lease term of objects of state-owned property through auction and prolongation of lease term for three years to the lessees who completely fulfilled the obligations;

exposure in accordance with the established procedure not used more than three months of the empty objects of state-owned property (except for social objects) on online biddings for provision in lease or realization without the consent of asset holders.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
