About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 11 of the Law on administrative decentralization No. 435/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 29-31, 91), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (1) word "and financial resources", shall be replaced with words ", financial and personnel resources,";

Art. II. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"l-1) annually approves according to the offer of primar the size of monthly salary to the personnel of primeriya employed according to the staff list approved with the State office including persons holding responsible state positions;".

2. Add Article 40 with parts (5) - (8) the following content:

"(5) the Personnel of primeriya, including personnel of primeriya and претур from municipium of Chisinau and primeriya of municipium of Belts, employed according to the staff list approved with the State office including persons holding responsible state positions can earn the monthly salary estimated in proportion actually to worked time in the corresponding month.
