Based on article 31 of the Law No. 92/2014 on heat energy and promotion of cogeneration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 178-184, 415), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on conservation zones of thermal networks it (is applied).

2. To bodies of local public authority, as the party responsible for transfer of information on land cards and for informing the interested legal entities and physical persons on arrangement of thermal networks to provide creation of the mechanism of control of observance of conservation zones by the heat power companies, project organizations, owners of the lands located in conservation zones of thermal networks and the physical persons and legal entities performing construction, other works or actions in conservation zones of thermal networks in the managed territory.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
