About the organization and functioning of the National agency for safety of foodstuff

No. 51-54, 153), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to appendix 1;

2) the Organizational structure of the National agency on safety of foodstuff, the list of boundary inspection posts, the list of territorial subdivisions (with the status of managements), and also standard structure of territorial subdivisions of the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to appendix 3;

4) the List of public organizations in which the National agency on safety of foodstuff is founder, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the National agency on safety of foodstuff in number of 1194 units from which 255 units - for central office, 148 units - for boundary inspection posts and 791 units - for territorial subdivisions.
