About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2019 No. 19
Based on paragraphs of the sixth, seventh and ninth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2018 No. 144-Z "About production and the address of organic products" and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2019 No. 19 "About establishment of lists" the following changes:
in appendix 1 to this resolution:
in subitems 1. 15, 1.16, 1.31, 1.32 Items 1 of the word "90 mg/kg" shall be replaced with words "60 mg/kg";
to exclude from subitem 3.19 of Item 3 of the word "Bacillius thuringiensis, mushrooms of the sort Trichoderma, Beauveria, Paecilomyces, Isaria, Lecanicillium and other medicines";
to be reworded as follows appendix 3 to this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
