About limiting approval (maximum) sizes of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose by types of agricultural holdings within the republic and one administrative area (city), area which can be on the right of temporary land use at the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan for maintaining country or farm, the non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan without foreign participation and its affiliates for conducting agricultural production

According to item 4 of Article 50 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Limiting 1) (maximum) sizes of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose by types of agricultural holdings within the republic and one administrative area (city), area which can be on the right of temporary land use at the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan for maintaining country or farm;

Limiting 2) (maximum) sizes of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose by types of agricultural holdings within the republic and one administrative area (city), area which can be on the right of temporary land use at the non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan without foreign participation and its affiliates for conducting agricultural production.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
