Bring in the joint order of the Deputy Premieres – the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 13/Tax Code and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 12 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets to the sphere of informatization regarding ensuring information security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18269) the following changes:
exclude subitems 1) and 2) of Item 1;
To be reworded as follows the checking leaf in the field of informatization regarding ensuring information security concerning the state legal entities, subjects of the quasi-public sector, owners and owners of the non-state information systems integrated with information systems of state bodies or intended for forming of the state electronic information resources, and also owners and owners of crucial objects of information and communication infrastructure approved by the joint specified order according to appendix to this joint order.
2. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
