About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the address of capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the address of capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. Determine that Item 11 Corrected determinations of the price of the capacity sold under agreements on provision of capacity, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2010 No. 238 "About determination of price parameters of trade in capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (in edition of this resolution), it is applied in case of determination of the price of the capacity sold under agreements on capacity provision since settlement period - since January, 2023.
