the worker to whom functions of person responsible for implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety by the organizations operating hazardous production facilities I, II or III classes of danger are assigned;

the workers who are members of certifying commissions of the organizations performing activities in the field of industrial safety;

the workers who are the specialists exercising designer's service in the course of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, modernization, preservation and liquidation of hazardous production facilities;

the workers performing functions of construction supervision when implementing construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of hazardous production facilities.
