Based on Item 2 of article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" and Item 12 of appendix to this Law Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that in 2023-2024 public procurements of goods, works (services) necessary for carrying out field works, can be performed at suppliers, contractors (contractors) according to appendix using procurement procedure from one source.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
