About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government, and recognition voided the Orders of the Government
Based on Article 6 and part (2) article 29 of the Law No. 151/2022 on safe functioning potentially hazardous production facilities and technical installations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 208-216, 377), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 177/2010 about form and signs of distinction of the Agency on technical supervision (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 36, the Art. 233), with subsequent changes.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 15, 2023.
