1. In the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services, the state services provided by the Agency (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 1145), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Notes to the table of appendix No. 2 to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. The payments made by means of government electronic payment service (MPay) for the services rendered by the Agency of the state services are levied in national currency according to the rates established by this resolution. If payment of rates was made by means of government electronic payment service (MPay), payment confirmation is checked by means of departmental information systems by person responsible for reception of an application, at the same time payment confirmation on paper is not required.";

To exclude 2) in Item 17 of appendix No. 3 of the word "on paper".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
