About modification of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services, the state services provided by the Agency

1. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services, the state services provided by the Agency (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 1145), to make the following changes:

Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The application on the provision of service in certification of the identity of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova submitted by the citizen of the Republic of Moldova aged is more senior than 18 years within one month before elections, is considered in reasonable time, but not later than two days before the date established for elections irrespective of the required term of provision of service.";

Item 5 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The application on the provision of service in issue of the electronic identity certificate submitted within one month before elections is considered in reasonable time, but not later than two days before the date established for elections irrespective of the required term of provision of service."

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
