According to statyam 26 and 27 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental assessment" and Conventions on resistant organic pollutants, the Stockholm Convention of the Program of the United Nations on environmental protection of May 22, 2001 the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve impact Evaluation procedure on the environment it (is applied).

2. The impact evaluation procedure on the environment becomes effective after official publication.
