About approval of report form about target use of goods

According to Item 13 of the Procedure for determination of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine for use in industrial production of motor vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2005 No. 1031 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2018 to No. 483), I order:

1. Approve report form about target use of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine for use by domestic enterprises in industrial production of motor vehicles of goods subline item 8701 20 (exclusively truck tractors for automobile semitrailer trucks) and goods items 8702-8705 according to UKT foreign trade activities which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine of February 14, 2006 No. 53 "About approval of report form about target use of goods", No. 235/12109 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 06, 2006.

3. To provide to department of industrial policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations between Minstrategprom management.
