Bring in the Procedure for the appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements, both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2017, No. 69, Art. 2075; 2021, No. 13, the Art. 544), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving is appointed and paid:

to citizens of Ukraine who constantly live in the territory of Ukraine;

to the foreigners and stateless persons which moved from other states on permanent residence to Ukraine and persons who are recognized as the refugees or persons needing additional protection;

to citizens of the Republic who are in the territory of Ukraine on the conditions provided by the Law of Ukraine "About establishment of additional legal and social guarantees for citizens of the Republic who are in the territory of Ukraine", taking into account Item provisions 6 parts one of article 2 of the specified Law.".
