About recognition No. 641 which voided the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of September 19, 2013

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 730), and for the purpose of reduction of acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation, I order to No.:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of September 19, 2013 No. 641 "About formation of tender committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget to them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 07, 2013 for No. 1721/24253 (with changes).

2. To provide to head department of property and resources submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
