According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for ensuring social protection of citizens who got to difficult vital circumstances which is applied.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 20, 2005 No. 936 "About approval of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of citizens who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 38, of Art. 2372; 2007, No. 12, Art. 429; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2015, No. 3, Art. 56, No. 7, Art. 157; 2016, No. 16, Art. 642, No. 87, Art. 2842; 2019, No. 66, Art. 2279; 2020, No. 89, the Art. 2888) and of March 3, 2020. No. 204 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of pilot project "Development of social services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 23, the Art. 889) changes which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
