About approval of Changes in Rules on the organization of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to protection of premises of non-bank financial institutions, the operators of mail service who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of currency transactions, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in Rules on the organization of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine, the approved resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 06, 2017 No. 100 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 29, 2022 No. 166) which are applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
