2. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2010 No. 383 "About placement of weapon, its components and components, ammunition" the following changes:

in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 306 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450," shall be replaced with words "the paragraph of third of article 202 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing";
