About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Navigation Activities"

To add 3) with Article 10.3 of the following content:
"Article 10.3. Sea navigation benefits
1. Creation and updating of sea navigation benefits are performed by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy, normative legal regulation in the field of defense including with use of data of unified electronic cartographic basis, and also the space data and materials containing in federal fund of space data.
2. The structure and contents of the documents included in sea navigation benefits are established by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy, normative legal regulation in the field of defense in coordination with the federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of sea transport and State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom".
3. Exclusive rights on sea navigation benefits belong to the Russian Federation if other is not provided by the Federal Laws.
