About modification of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2018, No. 25, the Art. 883), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

1. State Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Providing the organization of passenger traffic is assigned to the executive bodies and local government bodies determined in article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport".".

2. Add Rules with Item 20-1 of the following content:

"20-1. For warlike situation in Ukraine the automobile carrier has the right to reduce transit on long-distance which do not go beyond the area territory, both long-distance and suburban bus routes public which are going beyond the area territory (interregional routes) provided by the schedule of movement to stop which is located closer to border of the territories in which fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation is conducted.

Information on the territories in which fighting is conducted or are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, is component of the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the approved Minreintegration (was conducted).".
