About realization of precious metals on the platform of Kyrgyz Stock Exchange private company
For the purpose of market development of precious metals and further enhancement of the mechanism of realization of precious metals, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About precious metals and gemstones", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for realization of precious metals of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic at the exchange biddings according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually for ensuring production, financial, scientific, welfare requirements and other state interests of the republic when forming the republican budget to provide amounts of budgetary funds for forming and replenishment of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amounts necessary for their realization at the exchange biddings, and also the costs necessary for preparation of precious metals for realization through Kyrgyz Stock Exchange private company.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
