a) Item 8 (to state 4) in the following edition:

"8(4). Drafts of the acts containing provisions which are established, change, recognized invalid or are cancelled mandatory requirements, and also drafts of the acts establishing or changing requirements to implementation of powers of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in objects of joint maintaining the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation and to implementation of powers of local government bodies, are subject to obligatory identification by developer with use of software of the official site.";
