About approval of Strategy of management of public property in the field of the state companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly public capital for 2023-2030
Based on Item and) article 5 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, of the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of establishment of role of the state as entrepreneur and reasons for preserving public property on the separate state companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly public capital, for the determination of vision, the purposes and actions of the state directed to effective management of appropriate subjects and also for determination of role of the state in corporate management, including by means of promotion of regulating and institutional reforms, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve the Strategy of management of public property in the field of the state companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly by the public capital for 2023-2030 it (is applied).
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities given authority in the field of strategy implementation of management of public property in the field of the state companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly public capital for 2023-2030 within the conferred powers to take necessary measures for goal achievement, delivered in the specified Strategy, and annually till March 1 to inform the Ministry of Economics and the Agency of public property on extent of accomplishment of its purposes.
3. To the Ministry of Economics together with the Agency of public property and other central administrative authorities responsible for strategy implementation of management of public property in the field of the state companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly public capital for 2023-2030 to develop medium-term programs of its realization and annually till May 1 to submit to the Government the report on results of realization of the specified Strategy.
