About modification of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of advance subsidies for startapovsky projects from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 507/2018

Based on part (6) article 23 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of advance subsidies for startapovsky projects from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 507/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 176-180, 558), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in item 4 of figure "2021" with figures "2022";

The subitem 1) of Item 9 to add 2) with the following offer: "The advance subsidy is provided for the areas of the closed soil of less acceptable area in 0,1 of hectare, but 0,03 of hectare suffices if the agricultural manufacturing applicant already owns constructions on the closed soil which he supplements, creating construction total area of 0,1 of hectare and more in close proximity.";

5) of Item 20 figure "3" to replace 3) in the subitem with figures "12".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
