No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, and parts (3) article 18 of the Law No. 312/2003 on groups of agricultural producers and their associations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 47-48, 90), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of advance subsidies for startapovsky projects from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 507/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 176-180, 558), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

a) in the Provision:

In all text of the Provision the text "young farmers and female farmers" in any grammatical form to replace 1) with the text "young farmers, female farmers and the come-back migrants" in the corresponding grammatical form;

6) of Item 1 the text "or female farmers" to replace 2) in the subitem with the text "female farmers or the come-back migrants";

The subitem 5) to declare 3) in Item 11 invalid;

4) in Item 15:

4) to state the subitem in the following edition:
