RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About modification of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2020 No. 338 and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2020 No. 338 "About transfer of single state system of civil protection in emergency mode" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 15, 2021 No. 1336 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 100, the Art. 6606) and of August 19, 2022 No. 928 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 68, the Art. 4123), and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 14, No. 100, Art. 6606; 2022, No. 45, the Art. 2461, No. 68, the Art. 4123) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2020. to replace No. 338 of figure and the word "December 31, 2022" with figures and the words "April 30, 2023".
