About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of creation of additional terms for support of export I decide:
1. Bring in Regulations on compensation of part of expenses on the evaluating compliance of products in foreign states approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2019 No. 412, the following changes:
in Item 1:
"technical" to exclude the word from part one;
in part two:
"technical" to exclude the word;
add part with the words "or registered or accredited in foreign systems on work on assessment of conformity";
"technical" and "technical" to exclude from part three of the word;
Item 6 part one in paragraph one to replace the word of "document" with the word of "documents".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
