1. Approve Regulations on procedure for licensing of educational activities for preparation and retraining of drivers of automotor-vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity in the field of road and water transport of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 17, 2018 No. 430 the following changes:

2) passenger and (or) freight transportation by water transport.

The authorized state body in the field of safety of traffic and its relevant territorial subdivisions (further - the licensor) grants licenses for activities for passenger traffic by road transport (except for automobile taxi).";

- to state the subitem 1 of Item 5 in the following edition:

"1) licensors:

- authorized state body in the field of regulation and control of activities on road transport and regulations of activities on water transport and its relevant territorial subdivisions;

- authorized state body in the field of safety of traffic and its relevant territorial subdivisions;";

- Item in paragraph nine 6, the paragraph the sixth Item 68 of the word of "license fee" shall be replaced with words "state fee".

3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the means provided to Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding years.

Regulations on procedure for licensing of educational activities for preparation and retraining of drivers of automotor-vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Regulations on procedure for licensing of educational activities for preparation and retraining of drivers of automotor-vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Provision) regulate procedure for issue, renewal, recognition, suspension, renewal and cancellation of licenses for implementation of educational activities for preparation and retraining of drivers of automotor-vehicles (further - the license) authorized state body in the field of traffic safety (further - the licensor).

2. Legal entities irrespective of legal forms and patterns of ownership for implementation of educational activities for preparation and retraining of drivers of automotor-vehicles (further - educational activities) shall obtain the license according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic" and this Provision.

3. The license for educational activities is termless and inaliennable.

Chapter 2. Documents necessary for receipt of the license

4. For receipt of the license for educational activities the applicant submits to the licensor the following documents:

1) the statement on receipt of the license in form according to appendix 1 to this Provision;

2) copies:

- certificates on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, branch (representation);

- the document confirming introduction of the state fee for consideration of the application and licensing;

- the charter of the legal entity approved with authorized state body in the field of education according to article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education";
