1. Approve the plan of preparation (participation in preparation) of drafts of legal acts by republican state bodies in 2023 it (is applied).
2. To republican state bodies:
2.1. provide timely and high-quality preparation of drafts of the legal acts (the concept of the bill) provided by the plan of preparation (participation in preparation) of drafts of legal acts by republican state bodies in 2023 their approval with interested and submission to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in the specified terms in accordance with the established procedure;
2.2. by preparation of drafts of legal acts by the National center of the legislation and legal researches:
take measures for the organization of their preparation;
determine the purposes and tasks of their acceptance (edition), and also content;
together with the National center of the legislation and legal researches to determine the amount of works and the direction of these activities;
provide participation of workers in preparation of drafts of legal acts.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
