About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2022 No. 164

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2022 No. 164 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. to be reworded as follows appendix to Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.15.1 "Inclusion in the register of the leasing organizations with receipt of the certificate on inclusion in the register of the leasing organizations" approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in part one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 in the column "Requirements Imposed to the Document and (or) Data" of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.15.3 "Modification of the register of the leasing organizations, exception of the register of the leasing organizations" approved by this resolution "according to requirements of part one of Item 5, of Item 7 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" shall be replaced with words words "according to requirements of part one of Item 5, of Item 7 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" with indication of date of approach of change";
