About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) (further - the Resolution No. 18) the following changes:

1) in Item 14:

state subitem 19-1 in the following edition:

"19-1) transactions on payment of insurance payments (insurance premiums, insurance premiums) under the agreements of reinsurance (including certificates, policies, cover-notes, slips, бордеро awards, бордеро losses) signed with non-resident reinsurers except agreements of reinsurance by which risks according to the insurance contracts signed based on licenses for implementation of insurance activity on the following types of insurance become covered:

voluntary insurance of the credits (including responsibility of the borrower for credit default);

voluntary insurance of court costs;

compulsory personal insurance of workers departmental (except those which work in organizations and the organizations which are financed from the Government budget of Ukraine) and rural fire protection and members of voluntary fire teams (teams);

compulsory liability insurance of subjects of tourist activities for the harm done to life or health of the tourist or his property;

compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of the private notary;

compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles (except for international insurance "Green card");";

exclude subitem 19-2;
