1. Bring in changes in the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for holding testing certification, issue of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services, introduction in it of changes, prolongation of effective period, the issue of the duplicate, cancellation (cancellation) of the certificate and pronouncement of the warning to the owner of the certificate approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2022 No. 143:
in paragraph five of Item 3 of the word "the admission to passing testing certification (further, unless otherwise specified, - the notification)" shall be replaced with words "to passing testing certification for receipt of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services (further, unless otherwise specified, - the notification),";
in paragraph one of part one of item 4 of the word "the admission to passing testing certification" shall be replaced with words to "passing testing certification for receipt of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services";
third of Item 10 after the words "questions on" to add part with words to "the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On licensing"";
