Based on part one of Item 3 of article 227 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 "About licensing" and parts one of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 213-Z
2. Determine that the individual entrepreneurs having for January 1, 2023 special permission (license) for implementation of activities for rendering legal services with indication of constituting licensed service activities – legal services, for the admission to passing till July 1, 2023 testing certification for the purpose of receipt of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services represent to the Ministry of Justice the adequate notice without appendix of other documents.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
