About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures and establishment of the application form

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", paragraph two of Item 3 and item 4 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue by Department of veterinary and food supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of import permits on customs area and transit across customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of controlled goods approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 25.8.4 "Receipt of the import permit of goods under control to veterinary control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union if the country of destination is the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 25.8.5 "Receipt of permission to transit of goods under control to veterinary control (supervision) through customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union if import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is performed in the Republic of Belarus" (are attached).
