O measures for enhancement of public administration in the field of equipment of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and defense industry

1. Form State commission on equipment of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - State commission) in structure according to appendix No. 1, having determined it the main objectives:

determination of short-term, medium and long-term terms of providing special bodies with arms, the military and special equipment and other products of military and dual purpose (further - products of military and dual purpose);

consideration and approval of comprehensive programs on providing Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan with products of military and dual purpose;

consideration of questions of financing of providing special bodies with products of military and dual purpose and determination of its sources;

consideration and approval of the state defense order;

consideration of offers on production organization new or to upgrade of the existing products of military and dual purpose, investment attraction and adjustment of public-private partnership in this sphere, to provision of privileges and preferences for development of industry;

determination of measures for creation of strategic product inventories of military and dual purpose, component parts and spare parts, food, ware property, medicines, fuels and lubricants and other military and technical property;
