1. Approve changes in requirements to carrying out modifications of the nuclear installations and evaluation procedure of their safety approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of January 10, 2005 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2005 at No. 78/10358, which are applied.

2. (Boris STOLYARCHUK) to provide to department on safety issues of nuclear installations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
