About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 12, 2020 No. UP-6109 "About Measures for Further Development of Activities of Special Economic and Small Industrial Zones in the Surkhandarya Region and the City of Tashkent"

In the territory of the free trade area "International shopping center Termez" organized for the purpose of development of regional trade by effective use of opportunities of the Surkhandarya region in spheres of the industry and rendering services and also promotions of domestic production on the foreign markets, are based and malls, factory and store buildings, the centers of logistics and improvement, hotel objects are step by step put in operation.

In particular, at the first stage malls which construction is complete are offered domestic and foreign investors for the organization of business activity.

For the purpose of acceleration of construction works in the territory of the free trade area "International shopping center Termez", and also assistance to establishing activities for rendering medical and other types of service to citizens of the neighboring country:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 12, 2020 the change No. UP-6109 "About Measures for Further Development of Activities of Special Economic and Small Industrial Zones in the Surkhandarya Region and the City of Tashkent" according to appendix providing:

prolongation for 1 year of term of the repayment of the loan allocated with Fund of reconstruction and development to khokimiyat of the Surkhandarya region for a period of 3 years including taking into account grace period - 1 year;

reapproval of the forecast schedule of repayment of the loan.

2. To fund of reconstruction and development together with khokimiyat of the Surkhandarya region to review conditions of the credit agreement proceeding from this Decree in a month.

3. To the ministry of investments, industry and trade to take measures for attraction jointly:
