for the purpose of assistance of own business to the organization in the agrarian sphere, increase in share of Dehkan farms in production of agricultural products the Dehkan farms and small business entities registered in accordance with the established procedure, which took land of agricultural purpose in long-term lease are granted the unsecured loan to 50 million sum;

the loan amount, the assistants to hokim allocated on the basis of recommendations on the projects of subjects of entrepreneurship directed to expansion of production, the sphere of rendering services and workmanship, and also cooperation with the population and nadomnichestvo in махаллях, including the created microcenters, increases from the operating 225 million sum to 300 million sum.
